Hotel staff was nice.

Toilet did not work properly and non-smoking room still smelled of smoke.

Since changing from the Comfort Inn to the Quality Inn I can say it's quality has gone down.

Cleanliness and amenities were excellent.

We stayed on the noisy side near the interstate.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone who needs accommodations near Knoxville or the smokers. It was comfortable and had more features such as refrigerator, microwave, etc. Than any hotel I've ever stayed at. ...read more

Nice having a fridge and microwave!

Stayed there twice, one week apart. Some of housecleaning staff smoke too close to rooms.

Comfortable, clean rooms close to the highway. Continental breakfast is available. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It had everything for a nice overnight stay.

The clock was missing from the room and was reported at departure.

It met all our needs and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location whenever in the area.
